Site Information

Chantilly is a fansite dedicated to (mostly) shoujo manga fansite since December 19, 2003. This site is created for the purpose of promoting manga and providing visitors with high-quality graphics and informative reviews on various manga series.

Originally from France, the word, "Chantilly" has come to refer to many different things, including a French city, a white flower, a sinfully sweet cream used in pastries and cakes, and even a public high school in Virginia, U.S.A. But this site was not named after any of those things. It came from Japanese pop singer Shimatani Hitomi's sixth single, "Shanti," which translates into "Chantilly."
